Beverly Glass Co - (978) 922-2123

We asked Beverly Glass to replace a broken insulated window in our home. Had to followup with them to schedule installation (they already had half the money but didn't call us to say the glass was in) Repairman gouged out the sash, left us with a window that won't open because the plastic slider on one side was missing. The worst, though, is the repair guy told his employer that my husband showed him the gouge and admitted he did it! My husband didn't even go into the room with the repairman. Beverly Glass offered no apology, simply blamed my husband. I would rate them NO stars but I have to give one or this review won't be posted.

I am new to Beverly, recently my car was vandalized. I found Beverly Glass in the yellow pages and called to inquire about replacing the door glass in my car. They were extremely helpful and was able to accommodate me that same day. In a matter of hours I had my car back good as new. Even though my first experience in Beverly was a bad one... my second experience more than made up for it.I just wanted to say that I saw the same 10% off coupon Larry S was talking about and It said does not apply to Special Orders. I would think his $4000. shower would be considered a special order.

I purchased glass for new cabinets, this order went flawlessly. I went back to order a glass shower door, priced out at $4500.00. I asked if there was any contractor discounts or coupons, to which I was told no. I ended up finding a 10% discount coupon in the phone book and they refused to honor it. Also having great difficulty getting the plastic water shield fixed again. I have found that Beverly Glass is horrible at returning phone calls when you are calling for warranty service. I wouldn't recommended them, there are to many glass stores out there to have to deal with poor service.
